Hi, I’m Jennifer Reynolds

I am a licensed physical therapist with 28 years of experience specializing in myofascial release. I trained extensively with the founder of this work, John F. Barnes, over nearly three decades and continue to bring that lineage forward through thoughtful, individualized care.

My background as a certified professional coach informs a holistic approach that supports both physical change and the emotional shifts that allow healing to last.

I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband. I have two incredible adult daughters and a sweet pup named Macie. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, dancing, live entertainment and cuddling my pooch!

Hi, I’m Macie

My mom calls me a designer breed, but in reality I’m a mutt! Shhhh, don’t tell her or she might not feed me organic food or let me sleep on her pillow at night. 😊 I’m a mix of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon Frise. Whew! That’s a lot of words for a small dog like me! They call me a Cavachon, for short. Sometimes, I think I’m a cat and sit on the end table by the window to look outside. Mom calls me “The Sock Caper” because I like to steal socks and put them in my toy box. I love going for walks, belly rubs and going to work with my mom. With the soft lighting and music on while she works, I get so relaxed that I fall asleep under the table.

I look forward to meeting you in person!
